  • Remember: MANY ideas for what you can do are in the AMD-Ideen and Beispiele: Sample Posts posts pinned to the top of the Discussion section. You can also scroll through the posts to see what others have done.
  • Click here to inform yourself more about University of Michigan (and non U of M) programs for study abroad and internships.
  • Exchange phone numbers with 3 or 4 students in your class. Then call each person for 10 minutes, and spend 20-30 minutes writing down what you talked about. Ideas: ask the other students where they’re from, how old they are, what they like to do in their free time, what they like to eat and drink, what they know how to do (using können), where they would like to travel (“Wohin möchtest du reisen?” ==> nach Deutschland/Hawaii/Österreich/Berlin/Mexico Stadt/Zürich; in die Schweiz/in die Alpen) etc.
  • As above, but set up individual or group video chat sessions. Or meet in person!
