Possible activities for this day (or if there is time on other days):
- Informal activity before class begins: Practice with one or two of the “Indexkarten” for the 2nd Oral Test

- Overhead: Aussprache Bingo
- Instructor reads the words in random order. Students mark words they hear on their copy of the bingo sheet, and yell “Bingo!” when a line or diagonal is complete 🙂

- Practice the Kapitel 6 chapter vocab! Ideas:
- Play the “back to back” or “Um die Welt” vocab games. See description at the end of the Deutsch 102 Stunde 08 outline.
- I’d rather be a hammer than a nail: Instructor picks two words; students discuss which one they want to be, or which one they feel more like; instructor picks two new words, etc.
- Assoziationen: One partner says a word, and the other partner says the first (German) word that comes to mind
- Please bear in mind that we’re doing this in a classroom where we don’t want to offend anyone!
- Students go through the chapter vocab list and state their feelings about each word: positiv/ negativ/neutral
- Choose Lieblingswort/ Lieblingswörter

Was ist groß? Ist der Internetanschluss schnell? Ist der Drucker kaputt? Was ist in der Küche? Welche Körperteile essen der kleine Bär und der kleine Tiger gern? Hände? Köpfe? Füße?
